Ms. TRAN THI DUC – ACCA

Currently, Ms. Duc holds the position of Deputy Director at FTMS Vietnam, responsible for academic support, expanding cooperation with international professional associations, and advising corporate clients.

Starting teaching at FTMS in 2017, she has always been a beloved lecturer for FIA and ACCA programs, training in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting for FTMS’s corporate clients, especially the CertIFR program. She is a member of the ACCA Association and CFO Vietnam.

Previously, she held positions such as Deputy Director of the Strategy and Capital Management Department at a leading Financial – Insurance Group in Vietnam, Finance Director at the Hyatt Regency West Hanoi Hotel, Financial Controller at the JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel, senior management at the Finance Department of Lotte Hotel Vietnam Co., Ltd., and worked in the Finance-Banking and Insurance industries.

She has extensive practical experience in financial analysis, financial reporting in accordance with VASs and IFRSs standards, fixed asset management, tax review, financial and risk analysis, internal control system review, transfer pricing policies, project management, as well as supporting senior management in producing management reports such as variance analysis, budgeting, cost analysis, and cost management in business operations. With her experience in financial reporting, she is responsible for reviewing all transactions to guide the application of international accounting standards and is also responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards.
